2-3 times a week
In the shower, take a small handful of scrub and rub it in circular motions over all desired areas. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.

Bikini line, underarms, legs, neck, face, buttocks or anywhere else the skin has brown spots, hyperpigmentation or discoloration.
