Instructions for use

Always start your ritual with clean skin and prepared with a skin care product. Our favourite product is the calming and repairing herbal facial massage balm that allows the tools to glide over the skin without pulling.
Use the rounded side of the spoon to gently sculpt the face, concentrating under the cheekbone. The specialized, rounded shape of the gua sha spoon allows for deeper release.
Use the smaller end of the tool on the acupressure trigger points, focusing on areas near the brow bone, temples, ears and along the jawline. Massage in small, slow circles over the trigger points.
Breathe deeply and feel the tension melt away.
