Returns can be made through our Return Platform.

Shipping methods and approximate rates

Your orders are shipped via Canada Post. They will arrive within 1 to 7 business days following the date of purchase. For an additional charge, we can ship your orders to most destinations within 1 to 5 business days.

Please allow us 2 business days to process and package your order.

You can order as much as you want. There is no maximum or minimum. 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

The shipping times shown above represent the times during regular demand periods. You may choose a higher shipping method for faster delivery. Not all shipping methods are available for all regions.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Items not available 

Should an item in your order prove to be unavailable, we will contact you to change the order. Ousias Boutique does not take orders for out-of-stock items.

Cancellation and modification of your order

We do not usually accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at hello@ousias.ca with your order number on hand.

Follow-up of your order 

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and a link to allow you to track your package.

Returns

We want your purchase to fill you with enthusiasm and happiness. If you would like to return or exchange an online order, please contact us to receive a return authorization.

Ousias Boutique does not authorize the return or exchange of opened, unsealed or used products unless you have had an allergic reaction. (Please refer to the Allergic Reaction section below). All nail polish, makeup, hair care, adult toys and feminine hygiene products are non-refundable/exchangeable for hygienic reasons.

We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in their original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a genuine receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Adult toys, feminine hygiene products, hair care, nail polish and make-up will not be refunded, exchanged or credited under any circumstances for reasons of hygiene.

We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs of returned/exchanged items that were originally shipped free of charge. Deductions will only be made when the adjusted total is less than $75.00.

Allergic Reactions

We understand that some products may not be suitable for your skin type. Ousias Boutique will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use.

Ousias Boutique may request a letter from the doctor and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding the products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns about the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

Ousias reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
