Our top tips to motivate you to workout.

Whether you're already an avid exerciser or just want to get started, sometimes motivation just isn't there. Here are our three tips to help you.

Find THE sport or activity you love.

Yoga, running, hiking or Zumba. No matter which one you choose, the most important is to get moving. It is recommended that you do 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise daily.

Buy cute gym clothes.

Create a network of people as motivated as you are.
